Firm to Construct Building for Medical Supplier

San Wall Properties has purchased a finished lot in the Lombard Business Park within Oxnard’s Pacific Commerce Center.
The company will construct a build-to-suit facility to accommodate the expansion of Pro-Care Medical Products and Supplies on the lot, located at the northeast corner of Lombard Street and Wankel Way.
Capital Commercial/NAI represented both the seller, Sunrise Properties, and the buyers in the $235,000 sale.
