Burroughs 13, La Canada 3--Joseph Kroells completed 17 of 31 passes for 256 yards and a touchdown to lead the Indians (1-2) at Burroughs.
Receiver Keith Jarbo caught six passes for 78 yards, including a one-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter, and Spencer Steward caught three passes for 79 yards for Burroughs.
Oscar Giangrasso gave the Indians a 7-0 lead in the first quarter on a one-yard touchdown run.
Chris Garnick kicked a 37-yard field with 21 seconds left in the first half for La Canada (1-2).
