Fields Aircraft Spares Names Financial Officer

Fields Aircraft Spares in Simi Valley has named Brian Aune chief financial officer and member of the board of directors.
Aune has 15 years of management accounting experience, including seven years in the aircraft spares and maintenance industry.
In five years as chief financial officer of Hawker Pacific Aerospace, a publicly traded firm with $80 million in annual revenues, Aune managed SEC reporting, financial planning and budgeting, acquisitions and divestitures, risk management and shareholder relations.
“Brian knows our industry and has a strong track record in strategic financial management,” said Alan Fields, president and CEO at Fields.
Aune replaces Lawrence Troyna, who stepped down in December and was a member of the board through June 30, when he retired.
Fields Aircraft Spares, through its subsidiaries Fields Aircraft Spares Inc., Fields Aero Management, Flightways Manufacturing and Skylock Industries, manufactures and distributes aircraft cabin interior replacement products.
