Police officers are engaging in a zero-tolerance program for National Stop on Red Week and promising tickets to motorists who run red lights. The program, which runs until Friday, allows for stricter patrolling of major intersections throughout Fullerton.
The chance of getting a warning is slight, according to Senior Officer Bob Terrio. “If we stop you for running a red light, you will get a ticket,” he said.
