The Newport Beach Board of Library Trustees and the City Arts Commission will hold a joint meeting at 4 p.m. Wednesday.
They will discuss the proposed Arts and Education Center, a $12-million project to be built next to the Newport Library. The building would house cultural events, display artwork and host art classes.
The meeting will be held at the Newport Beach Central Library, 1000 Avocado Ave.
