New Complex Planned for Chase Knolls Site

Legacy Partners in Irvine said it plans to build a luxury apartment community in Sherman Oaks where the Chase Knolls apartments now stand. Legacy plans to replace the existing 260-unit complex at 13401 Riverside Drive with 362 family units and 40 one-bedroom units for senior tenants. Legacy says it will make relocation payments to residents as required by law from $2,000 to $15,000.
