Firm Purchases Vacant Lot, Plans Apartment Complex

Parc Rose Ltd. has purchased 20.8 acres of vacant land on Williams Drive in Oxnard for just more than $6 million.
The company plans to build a 373-unit apartment complex on the property, which is near St. John’s Regional Medical Center.
The general partner of Parc Rose is Trammel Crow Residential, which develops, owns and manages upscale apartment complexes up and down the West Coast.
The land was sold by Cambridge Development Co.
