The Ice Dogs’ inconsistency can, in some ways, be blamed on the Kings, who called up center Len Barrie and continue to recall goalie Marcel Cousineau. Barrie, who left for the Kings in early November, was one of the top scorers in the IHL with 10 goals and 20 points. Since he left, the Ice Dogs’ offense has all-but disappeared. Cousineau, who has been called up twice by the Kings, has a 10-5-1 record with the Ice Dogs. The team’s other goalies are 6-12-5.
