MIAMI at JACKSONVILLE
Saturday, 9:30 a.m.
Ch. 2
* How they got here: Miami defeated Seattle, 20-17, in a first-round game. Jacksonville won the Central Division and received a first-round bye.
* 1999 meetings: Did not play. The Jaguars and Dolphins have played only once, in 1998, with the Jaguars winning, 28-21.
* About Miami: Dan Marino might have kept his Super Bowl dreams alive Sunday, but it will take a real miracle to get by the Jaguars. The Dolphins will have trouble running against the AFC’s top-ranked rushing defense, so all the weight of the offense will fall on Marino. But the veteran quarterback is confident: “If we win two more games, we’re in the Super Bowl. When we play well, we can beat anybody.”
* About Jacksonville: The bye week has helped some injured Jaguars heal, including quarterback Mark Brunell, who missed the regular-season finale because of a strained left knee but vows to play against Miami. Another player who will benefit is wide receiver Reggie Barlow, who sustained a torn meniscus in his right knee three weeks ago and will be close to 100%.

TENNESSEE at INDIANAPOLIS
Sunday, 1 p.m.
Ch. 2
* How they got here: Tennessee defeated Buffalo, 22-16, in a first-round game. Indianapolis won the East Division and received a first-round bye.
* 1999 meetings: Did not play. The two teams last met in 1994 in a game won by the Colts, 45-21.
* About Tennessee: The Titans were 13-3 during the season and are 9-0 at home, including their playoff victory, but will be on the road. They are also a little banged up after defeating Buffalo. Eddie George has a slight concussion and a strained neck and ankle and tight end Frank Wycheck has a sprained ligament in his left knee.
* About Indianapolis: The Colts received bad news when they lost linebacker Cornelius Bennett for the playoffs because of a knee injury. Bennett was injured in the last game of the season. “This is be a big blow to our team,” Coach Jim Mora said. “Not only is Cornelius a good football player, but he’s been a very strong influence in the locker room, as a leader and an example-setter.” Indianapolis might be the home team, but it won’t be easy to get past Tennessee.
