Mayor Tom Daly stressed the economic promise expected from the Anaheim Resort Area’s completion within the next year, but also suggested in his State of the City address Thursday that the city could have the same focus and energy to revitalize other neighborhoods. “We need to set a higher standard and decide what it is that we want to do,” said Daly at a luncheon for about 300 sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and the city at the Anaheim Convention Center.
