The City Council recently entered into a contract with J.D.C. Inc. for work on drains around the city that will improve poor drainage conditions and prevent water accumulation. The company will rebuild or refurbish curbs, gutters, cross gutters, asphalt pavements and catch basins at 14 locations for an amount not to exceed $84,594.
