Matthews Studio Group Sells Duke City Video

Matthews Studio Group of Burbank said it has sold the Video Equipment Rental Division, Duke City Video, to British company Vitec Group for $12 million.
The agreement is subject to the transfer of the assets and the satisfaction of the seller obligations.
Matthews provides professional equipment to the entertainment industry. Vitec Group provides broadcast services.
