Phoenix Media to Acquire Phoenix Broadcasting Stock

Phoenix Media Group Ltd., Burbank, has agreed to buy one-third of the total authorized and issued stock of Phoenix Broadcasting Inc., and has an option to buy 100% of the company by October.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Phoenix Broadcasting owns two radio stations in Seward, Alaska. Phoenix Media Group is a diverse media and marketing firm.
