The city is putting the finishing touches on about a mile of the Avenida Pico Bikeway, which will stretch two miles from the Foothill Transportation Corridor to Camino Vista Pacifica when it is finished.
The surface and landscaping for the bikeway, part of which is being built within the Talega development, was completed last week, but further adjustments may be required because of work being done on adjacent roads.
The city is also making adjustments requested by the county, such as moving a fire hydrant and adding trail signs.
