Concordia Wins 2 of 3 at Sun West

Kori Przygocki went three-for-three and drove in three runs and Melissa Naylon drove in four as Concordia beat Heidelberg of Ohio, 10-2, in a Sun West Tournament softball game Thursday at El Camino Park.
The Eagles collected 12 hits in improving their record to 6-8.
Concordia defeated Susquehanna (Pa.), 9-1, as Crystal Rosenthal drove in three for the Eagles. Rosenthal finished with five RBIs in the two games.
In a makeup game from Wednesday, Concordia lost to Albion (Mich.), 1-0.
In nonconference softball:
Vanguard 6-5, Lee (Tenn.) 0-4--Gina Liebengood pitched a one-hitter, striking out seven and facing only one over the minimum 21 hitters in the opener for Vanguard (11-8).
In the second game, the Eagles rallied from a 4-0 deficit, scoring five runs in the bottom of the seventh. Val Vanaken’s two-out single with the bases loaded drove in two runs to end the game.
