WHAT ARE YOU DRINKING?

Bob Lindquist, Qupe “My wife and I went to Italy last summer, and the ‘97s had just been released. That was a great vintage. We had a ’97 Isole e Olena Chianti Classico. When we got back, I bought a couple of cases, and we’ve been drinking it ever since. It’s real fruity for a Chianti Classico. It has lots of berries and spice, but still is typical of that Sangiovese flavor. It’s real drinkable. The ‘97s are so generous and fruit-filled.”
