Rarely in the limelight, yet usually noticed, is Duck right wing Ladislav Kohn. According to Duck Coach Craig Hartsburg, Kohn has been one of the key pickups for the team this season.
“Everything we want in building this team, Kohn has given us,” Hartsburg said. “He skates hard and has a great attitude. If we get to the playoffs, he will have played a big role.”

Duck defenseman Jason Marshall was a healthy scratch for the 11th time in the last 14 games.

* Update--After Tuesday’s game, the Ducks had a 3 1/2-hour flight to Edmonton, where they will play the Oilers in a 6 p.m. PST game. That doesn’t exactly give them the amount of rest they prefer for such a key game. “We all saw the schedule when it came out in July,” Hartsburg said. “There are no excuses at this time of year.”
