The Aliso Viejo provider of temporary staffing services said net income for its fiscal fourth quarter totaled $3.7 million, or 41 cents a share, down 16% from the $4.4 million, or 49 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended Oct. 1 declined 7% to $139.4 million. Net income for the year dropped 5% to $14.4 million, or $1.59 a share, from $15.2 million, or $1.71 a share, for the prior year. Revenue increased 9% to $557.9 million. The company said fiscal 1999 included an extra week in the fourth quarter.
