The Planning Commission will consider at its meeting Tuesday a request from Jack Gunderson, who wants to demolish a commercial building and develop a 4,166-square-foot automobile stereo installation facility at 724 El Camino Real.
The proposed facility would have 2,619 square feet of retail area and 1,547 square feet of garage space to install auto stereos. A public hearing will be held to gather residential input on the request.
