12th District PTA Schedules Meeting

Parents and teachers are invited to this year’s first general meeting of the 12th District PTA, which represents most of Ventura County.
The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. Oct. 26 at the Ventura County Superintendent of Schools Office, 5189 Verdugo Way, Camarillo.
The theme will be “Dare To Go Where No PTA Has Gone,” and there will be two guest speakers: Katherine Meagher from the PTA insurance carrier and Carla Nino, treasurer of the state’s PTA.
This is the first of three general meetings held each year. All PTA members in Ventura County are welcome to attend. For more information, call Pearl Camin at 498-4263.
