The brokerage firm run by Muriel Siebert, the first woman to hold a seat on the New York Stock Exchange, is buying the Women’s Financial Network, a Web site geared toward female investors. Terms of the deal, announced Wednesday, were not disclosed. The six-month-old site, at https://www.wfn.com, will be largely unchanged, except that its online brokerage services now will be provided by New York-based Siebert Financial Corp. Women’s Financial Network’s founder and chief executive, Jennifer Openshaw, said the site offers women advice on financial planning and is a single stop for them to perform brokerage trades and pay bills.
