Tustin High School will hold its fifth annual Tiller Trick or Treat from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31. Local elementary school students are invited to the event. Tustin High students will wear costumes and hand out candy. The City Council contributed $2,500 for candy and classroom decorations. Information: (714) 730-7430.
