The city has agreed to begin refurbishing the William Peak Park pool area.
The work will complement recently completed renovations to the Olympic-sized pool. Plumbing and electrical systems will be upgraded, and the facility will be in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act.
Funding for the job will come from a $215,000 state grant.
