Anchor Reinforcements Purchase Is Completed

A San Diego company said Wednesday that it has completed the acquisition of composite fabric maker Anchor Reinforcements in Huntington Beach. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Composite Solutions Inc. said in a news release that Anchor has become a division operating in Orange County with the same personnel.
Anchor licenses fabric technology from the United Kingdom and provides composite materials for products such as sailboats, snowboards, satellites and civil construction systems.
