A conference for mobile home owners, hosted by State Sen. Joe Dunn (D-Santa Ana), will be held Friday from 9 a.m. to noon at the Garden Grove Community Center, 11300 Stanford Ave.
A panel will include representatives from the California Dept. of Housing and Community Development, a legislative consultant and attorneys who specialize in mobile home issues. Panelists will discuss new state legislation related to mobile home parks, resale disclosure, park inspections and the conversion of parks to resident ownership.
