Beginning Sept. 14, the city’s adult education program will offer arts and crafts classes from 9 a.m. to noon every Thursday in the Community Services Center, 101 W. La Habra Blvd. Sandra Cowans will teach the 12-week program by creating a variety of unique and seasonal projects targeted to adults and seniors. Classes are free. Materials will be provided.
