Ice cream bars are on sale for $1 at the Villa Park Pharmacy to help raise money for the restoration of a local elementary school.
The Villa Park Elementary School Restoration Corp. hopes to replace the campus’ two 1920s-era buildings with a fully modernized science wing. The ongoing fund-raising effort has included the sale of Villa Park Monopoly-type games and auctions.
