The Hunt Branch Library will launch its children’s reading program at 4 p.m. Thursday. The program, called the Thursday Club, is open to all elementary school children, and is designed to encourage reading and to introduce children to a variety of experiences and fields of study. There will be storytelling, puppet shows, crafts, creative dramatics, movies, hands-on demonstrations and visits with special guests. A library card is required for admission.
