This year’s Outstanding Senior Recognition Award will go to Otto Sinn, a 94-year-old community volunteer and founder of the Cypress Senior Citizens Club.
Sinn has lived in Cypress for almost 40 years. He served as the Senior Citizens Club’s liaison to the City Council, worked as a volunteer Santa Claus and sat on election boards for the city and county.
