The City Council on Friday awarded a $10-million contract to Sully Miller Contracting Co. Inc. of Anaheim for road improvements along Imperial Highway from Yorba Linda Boulevard to Rose Drive.
Council members voted 3 to 0, with Ken Ryan and Henry W. Wedaa absent, to award the contract to Sully Miller, which presented the lowest of eight bids for the project. Construction is expected to begin in late October or early November and last through September of next year.
