* Imagine if we could use natural light for about one hour more this fall, instead of it being pitch black at 5 p.m. This would be a big one hour for electricity savings, more shopping time and more enjoyment of the day. Gov. Davis, step up to the plate and declare the end of turning back the clock. California would be eternally grateful. The reasons for the time changes are obsolete and costing us lots of electricity usage.
