The City Council approved the budget for the La Habra branch library for the fiscal year 2000-01. The $417,396 budget includes additional funding for an expansion of library hours on Sunday afternoons, one additional half-time library assistant, one additional half-time library clerk, extra funding for assistants who file books and added utility costs due to the extension of work service hours. All the changes totaled $32,922 in increased funding.
