Board members of the Garden Grove Unified School District voted last week to approve a request from a bingo booster group to continue for another year its games, fund-raising and other activities at Los Amigos High School in Fountain Valley.
The booster club, which pays the school about $6,800 in annual rent to use its campus, raised more than $46,000 last year.
The funds benefit the school’s sports teams, band, and other groups and activities. The boosters club has been at the campus for about 10 years.
