The Democratic Club of West Orange County will hold a meeting to discuss Proposition 38, the school voucher initiative, at 6:45 p.m. today in Room B of the Huntington Beach Library, 7111 Talbert Ave. Earl Ziemann, former president of the District Educators Assn. and a teacher at Marina High School, will lead the discussion.
