Woman Killed When Car Runs Off Freeway

PALMDALE — A 19-year-old Rosamond woman was killed early Saturday when her car ran off the Antelope Valley Freeway and rolled over, authorities said.
Shae Turner was northbound on the freeway near Avenue B when her 1997 Kia Sephia ran off the right side of the road, California Highway Patrol spokeswoman Becky Lynch said.
Turner was pronounced dead at the scene, Lynch said.
