Camarillo Legion Team Reaches State Final

Andrew Berkovich drove in three runs and Travis Sutton pitched a seven-hitter and struck out nine batters as Camarillo defeated Los Banos, 3-2, on Monday to advance to the championship round of the American Legion baseball 17-and-under state tournament in Yountville.

Camarillo (35-4) is undefeated in the double-elimination tournament and will play once-beaten Danville at 9 a.m. today. A second game, if needed, will be at noon.
