Arrestees Are Suspects in 7 Bank Robberies

Three men and a woman arrested on suspicion of robbing a Wells Fargo bank branch in Garden Grove may be responsible for at least six other heists in Orange and Los Angeles counties, police said Wednesday.
The group, dubbed the “Gone in 60 Seconds” bandits, are suspects in the Tuesday robbery at the branch in a Pavilions on Chapman Avenue.
Being held at Orange County Jail on suspicion of bank robbery are Peter Kelly, 29; Vernon Mitchell, 26; Remus Juniors, 28; and Sakura Thomas, 29, all of Los Angeles.
