In her Aug. 12 letter, Debra St. Germain suggested that for the sake of full disclosure, Judge Steve Perren should divulge his “back channel to the governor.” Whether we agree with Judge Perren on all the issues or not, those who know him are well aware of the back channel he has used to further his career. It’s called intellect, fair mindedness and years of hard work.
