SBN.Com to Be Bought by Minnesota Company

Shallbetter Industries, a Minnesota firm with no business operations, said Wednesday it agreed to acquire SBN.Com, an Irvine provider of Internet yellow page directories, and an affiliate, Superior Business Networks Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Shallbetter said in a regulatory document filed in June that it has done no business since liquidating in a 1982 bankruptcy. Before that, the company provided custom electric power distribution equipment, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
