Michael Ramirez’s political cartoon (Commentary, Dec. 1) showing Osama bin Laden escaping to Portland is even more mean-spirited and offensive than usual. I admire Portland’s Police Chief Mark Kroeker for supporting the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Los Angeles erred in letting him go.
