CAM Commerce Solutions’ Frosh Resigns

CAM Commerce Solutions Inc. President David Frosh resigned to pursue other career opportunities but will remain on the board and serve as a consultant, the Fountain Valley company said Friday.
Greg Freeze, who was named to the newly created position of chief operating officer, will assume some of Frosh’s duties, the company said. Freeze had been vice president, customer support.
Chief Executive Geoff Knapp will assume the remaining responsibilities of the president’s position at the company, which makes software products for retailers.
The stock edged up 6 cents a share to $4.81 in Nasdaq trading.
