Unisys Corp. said it will work with Microsoft Corp. and Dell Computer Corp. to produce and market electronic voting systems to counties throughout the country. Unisys said it is offering systems-integration services that may lead to hardware and software sales by Microsoft and Dell. The services would link voting functions such as registration and balloting, he said. “We’re looking probably at a multibillion-dollar market,” said Steve Hagan, spokesman for Blue Bell, Pa.-based Unisys. Unisys shares rose $2.19 to close at $17.38 on the NYSE. Dell rose $1.50 to close at $22.81 and Microsoft rose $2.13 to close at $55, both on Nasdaq.
