Re “Europe Sees the Heavy Hand of U.S. Over Climate Treaty,” July 6: Although I am furious with the Bush administration’s attempts to undermine the climate treaties of other nations, I am hardly surprised. When you have multinational oil corporations running the White House, you get multinational environmental sabotage.
