Horn Superior Court’s New Presiding Judge

Frederick P. Horn, active in judicial and education programs related to the Americans with Disabilities Act, was elected Friday as presiding judge of Orange County Superior Court.
Horn, 58, will begin his two-year term in January. He succeeds C. Robert Jameson.
He was appointed to a judgeship in Orange County Municipal Court, Harbor Judicial District, in 1990. He became a Superior Court judge in 1993.
Horn has been assistant presiding judge since April. David T. McEachen will succeed him in that position.
