Prank Web Site Gives Odds on Torricelli’s End

As if Sen. Robert Torricelli (D-N.J.) doesn’t have enough headaches with all those investigators breathing down his neck over allegations that he took cash and gifts in return for doing political favors. Now he’s got a prank Web site to deal with as well.
The site, https://www.torricellideathwatch.com, went up late last week and offers visitors a chance to predict the date of a possible Torricelli indictment, the number of counts in said indictment, the date and manner in which Torricelli leaves the Senate and so forth. The no-budget site is the work of a pair of political pranksters with Republican leanings.
