From Times staff reports
The first trails summit for walkers and bicyclists in the county’s northern area will be at 1 p.m. May 29 at the Anaheim Union High School District offices.
Sponsored by Board of Supervisors Chairwoman Cynthia P. Coad, the summit will bring together city officials and others interested in linking trails through a nearby county flood-control basin.
The proposed area is near Brookhurst Street and Crescent Avenue in Anaheim, and the proposed path runs parallel to Carbon Creek.
The school district’s offices are at 501 Crescent Way.
