Shaq to Get Honorary Degree From Trade Tech

Los Angeles Lakers superstar Shaquille O’Neal will be awarded an honorary associate’s degree from Trade Tech College today, school officials said.
Interim college President Daniel Castro is expected to announce the degree during commencement ceremonies this afternoon on the campus south of Staples Center. O’Neal will not attend because he is busy anchoring the Lakers on an undefeated playoff run expected to continue through mid-June.
