City Set to Negotiate Purchase of Parkland

The Los Angeles City Council on Tuesday authorized staff members to begin negotiations to purchase properties for two new San Fernando Valley parks.
The General Services Department will negotiate purchase prices for sites in the 9100 block of Tobias Avenue in Panorama City and the 11700 block of Foothill Boulevard in Lake View Terrace.
