Moran, a 6-foot-1 senior forward and All-America candidate, is one of four returning starters for Saint Joseph’s. Ebony Hoffman is the top returning scorer for USC, which was 13-15 last season.

UCLA (0-0) vs. Liberty (0-0), 3 p.m. PST, KBET (850)--The season opener for both teams is also the opener for the Michigan State tournament, which includes Michigan State and Buffalo. The Flames, led by 6-2 junior forward Michelle Fricke, have gone to the NCAA tournament the past five years as the Big South Conference champion. Michelle Greco leads the Bruins, 5-23 last season.
