B.B. King, Los Lobos Head Varied Doheny Blues Lineup

B.B. King, Los Lobos, Little Richard and Bo Diddley lead the lineup for the 2002 Doheny Blues Festival scheduled for May 18-19 in Dana Point.
Also on the roster of 28 acts that will be spread over three stages are Junior Brown, Jonny Lang, Marcia Ball, Charlie Musselwhite, Rod Piazza & the Mighty Flyers, Roy Rogers & the Delta Rhythm Kings, Terrance Simien, and Candye Kane and the Swinging Armadillos.
The festival will take place 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. each day at Doheny State Beach, 25300 Dana Point Harbor Drive, Dana Point. Tickets run from $35 to $150 for adults, $10 to $35 for kids 3 to 12. Information: (949) 360-7800.
